| Abstract: | Setting out from operating driving speed theory, some research on the radius of circularity of old highway line is carried on based on the characters of old highway line. And taking example to show application of operating driving speed theory in old highway reconstruction can improve safety performance of disadvantage section and get the aim of accident rate reduction. |
