| 摘 要： | 新中国成成立50余年，可新中国法制史的教学却比较落后，表现为落后于中国法制史其他时期的教学，新中国法制史的研究，现代外国法制史的教学，但是，新中国法制史的教学在中国法制史教学中有重要的地位和作用。要开展这一教学还要克服一些思想障碍，当前，开展新中国法制史教学还要处理好与新中国政治，经济，化等的关系，与新中国以前法制的关系，新中国法制史中不同阶段的关系等。

| Abstract: | It has been more than 50 years since the People's Republic of China was established. However, the teaching of history of new Chinese legal system has relatively fallen behind the teaching of other period legal system history, the research of new Chinese legal system hsitory and the teaching of modern legal system history of foreign countries. The teaching of history of new Chinese legal system plays an imporant role in teaching of Chinese legal system history. To carry out the teaching, we should clear away some obstacles in thoughts. At present, we should also handle several relations properly, such as the relation between the teaching of history of new Chinese legal system and new China's politics, economy and culture, its relation with previous legal system, and the relations between different classes in new Chinese legal system. |
