摘    要:阐述了高速受电弓结构模型及CFD计算模型的关键技术,介绍了对其进行空气动力学和流固耦合静力学分析的过程和方法.计算发现在加速风情况下受电弓风压与风速加速度之间的线性关系.基于流固耦合分析,获得了受电弓工作状态下的应力分布,其中受电弓下臂杆横、纵梁交界处应力最大,从而为受电弓强度设计提供了依据.

Abstract:The critical technology of high speed pantograph and its CFD model were elaborated,and the aerodynamic analysis and fluid-solid coupling methods of the pantograph were introduced.The liner relationship between wind pressure of the pantograph and the acceleration of wind was discovered.Based on the fluid-solid coupling analysis,the stress distribution of the pantograph on its working condition was acquired,in which the maximum stress is located at the interface between the transverse and longitudinal beam located at the under arm,which provides a basis of the pantograph strength design.
