摘    要:在对高精度FA型针摆传动的FA45-29二齿差机型反求的基础上,通过进行测量数据处理确定了样机的重要参数,同时采用保证高精度传动的最佳齿廓的设计理论进行编程优化最佳修形量,进行最佳齿廓的设计,在保证相同的回差的同时可以有更好的承载能力.将设计的最佳齿廓以及优化的修顶曲线与反求样机齿廓使用Matlab进行了齿形比较分析,并分别建立和装配了三维模型,使用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行了受力分析的验证,理论优化的齿廓承载能力更佳.

Abstract:Based on the reverse of high precision FA type pin-cycloid transmission FA45-29 two teeth differenced model,the important parameters are determined by processing the measured data using the best tooth profile design theory calculation program to ensure the high precision transmission and optimize the profile modification values.The profile can have better carrying capacity under the same rotation error.The design of the tooth profile and the optimization of the tip curve and reverse prototype tooth profile uses Matlab to do comparative analysis on tooth shape of 3d models are established and assembed respectively,and force analysis are conducted using ANSYS finite element analysis software.
