摘    要:以某250 km/h动车组头车为研究对象,建立了其司机室和客室内流场的计算模型,利用计算流体力学数值仿真方法,采用κ-ε标准湍流计算模型和SIMPLE算法,对头车司机室和客室的空调风道和内流场进行了数值计算,获得了流场内流动参数的详细信息,并结合国际铁路联盟规程UIC 553-01-2005(客车的通风、采暖和空调型式试验)对头车司机室和客室的温度场和速度场进行评估.研究结果表明该头车空调通风系统设计合理,满足人体舒适性要求.

Abstract:Aiming at a certain EMU (electric multiple units) first carriage the interior flow field calculation model of cab and passenger compartment was established and numerical calculation on interior flow field of cab and passenger compartment and its air conditioning was performed by using computational fluid dynamics numerical simulation method,κ-ε standard turbulence model and the SIMPLE algorithm.The detailed information of the flow parameters were obtained,and the temperature field and velocity field of cab and passenger compartment of first carriage were assessed with UIC 553-1-2005 (Heating,ventilation and air-conditioning in coaches-standard tests).It proves that the air-conditioning ventilation system meets human comfort requirements,and the design is reasonable.
