| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the model of five - competence invented by professor Porter, the paper separates the five competence into several factors and studies the factors. On the basis of the study, the paper analyzes the construction and circumstance of the container wharf investment industry in china and puts forward the investment strategy. |
