| 摘 要： | 文中从工读学校发展历程综合分析了目前我国工读学校办学中存在的性质定位危机、生源危机、办学资源危机等问题及其成因,并在此基础上,通过对工读学校职业教育机构的本质属性的分析,提出工读学校走职业化办学道路,以促进工读学校的持续健康发展的策略。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the author analyszes the crisis including orientate, student resource and educational resource of Chinese Work-study school through a review of the history. Then, he further analyszes the essential property of Chinese Work-study School as a vocational organization, and points a vocational road for its sustainable and healthy development development. |
