| 摘 要： | 本文通过对脉冲磁场处理高速钢刀具切削４５钢的系统研究，确定了带磁切削能提高刀具耐用度的主要原因。提出了一些新观点，找到了适用于带磁切削的合理的磁化方式和切削参数，为带磁切削的深入研究和实际应用提供了可靠的依据。本文提出的观点对磁处理在其它领域的推广也有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | The authors have systematically investigated H. S. S tools treated by magnetic field when cutting45 steel and revealed the main reasons which may influence the cutting tool life treated by magnetic field. They have also presented some new viewpoints and suggested a reasonable way of magetizing and the selection of magnetic parameters and cutting conditions,providing reliable basis for using the new methed in industry.The conclusion presented in the paper is worth referencing for using the magnetic treated method in other fields. |
