摘    要:
为了低成本建设高速公路监控系统和充分发挥全程监控系统的作用,对占全程监控系统成本较大的供电部分进行优化设计,提出低功率全程供电方案;同时为充分发挥全程监控的效能,减轻值班监控员的工作负荷,整合现有的监控系统外场设备,提出智能化视频控制方案,具有很高的实用价值。

Abstract:
In order to construct monitor and control system of expressway at low cost, and bring the system into play sufficiently, it is necessary to optimize power supply which occupying high cost in total system and put forward a project for low power supply. At the same time, an intellectualized video control project is presented in order to exert the monitor system in whole distance, reduce the working burden of monitors, and conformity the existing outfield equipments.
