解决车身钣金异响的方法探究与实践

车身异响一直是汽车产品的行业通病,无论合资企业,还是自主品牌,或多或少都会出现异响问题。随着汽车消费市场的竞争日益激烈,消费者对汽车产品的品质要求越来越高,车身的异响问题日渐成为消费者投诉的焦点。本文结合异响的发生机理及试验验证,对该问题进行了系统性的研究,提出了可行的解决方案。最后,为后续车型开发设计提出了可行性意见。

Exploration and Practice on Countermeasures against Noise on BIW

The noise of automobile is a common quality defect of automobile products. No matter for joint venture brand or independent brand, more or less, the noise always exists. With the competition of automobile consumer market becoming fiercer and fiercer, the consumers＇ quality requirements gets higher and higher, at this time the noise becomes the focus of consumer complaints. In this thesis solutions were introduced by researching the problem systematically based on tests and theory of noise. Finally, some advices were given for the following cars＇ design.
