地铁车站防火与维修通道设计冲突及解决

摘    要:为了解决在前期施工过程中提前发现的地铁站中电话接线房、饮水泵房和防水泵房的防火设计与后期对相应设施的维修所存在的设计冲突,通过进行防火分区的研究以及结构受力计算和分析,在设计中采用了在电话接线房和防火房顶部增设顶板的方式来满足防火要求,此外还在饮水泵房设计中不设顶板从而满足后期对相应设施进行维修的要求。

MRT Station Fire Compartment Design Requirement Clash with the Maintenance Access and Solution
Abstract:On design stage MDF, Portable Water RM and Fire Pump RM have double slab in order to meet the fire compartment requirement of the said area but during construction we found out that this slabs are not possible because there is no access way for the services located above for future maintenance and it clashes with structural beam. In order to resolve this issue and meet the fire compartment requirement, we put double slab for MDF and Fire Pump Rm only and let the Potable Water Room open to serve as the access way for future maintenance. Meanwhile this issue have not affected the site work progress.
