大型矿砂船的结构强度设计和审图要点研究

摘    要:以某25万吨矿砂船为例,基于中国船级社钢制海船入级规范,对大型矿砂船的结构强度设计进行了研究,指出了大型矿砂船结构设计中常见的一些问题。分别从总纵强度、疲劳强度、规范校核、舱段有限元、全船有限元等方面,对大型矿砂船结构设计和审图中应注意的问题进行了分析,给出的结构设计建议及节点改善措施对大型矿砂船的结构设计和检验具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Taking a 250000 DWT Very Large Ore Carrier(VLOC) as an example, according to the requirements of Rules For Classification Of Sea-going Steel Ships of CCS, this paper carries out a study on the structural strength design of VLOC, and points out some common failings of hull structure design. Major concerns for structural design and plan approval of VLOC are studied and analyzed from several aspects such as longitudinal strength, fatigue strength, rule check, cargo hold finite element, whole ship finite element and etc. Some instructive proposals and improvement measures for structure design of large ore carrier are drawn.
