摘    要:船体曲板构件的成形检验大多采用效率较低,材耗大,手工测量为主的样板/样箱进行实体靠模检测。文章提出了一种基于GPS技术和光电原理综合运用的船体曲板成形加工的无模检验方法,该方法通过特定装置对加工成形后的船体曲板上纵、横向检测点进行空间定位和测量,并采用Matlab编程实现测量数据的自动化分析与处理, 既可用于船舶三维数控弯板机的加工检测,也可用于其他方法加工船体曲板的加工检测。

Abstract:The quality inspection of the curvy hull plate forming mostly takes the manual measurement that mainly uses the templates or mock-ups to do the model test inspection, which has less efficiency and consume more material. Based on the GPS technology and photoelectric theory, the article proposes a method for the quality inspection of the curvy hull plate forming without mould, which can process the spatial positioning and measurement for the longitudinal and transverse test points on the curvy hull plate after forming through a particular device, and can analyze and deal with the measure data automatically by the Matlab programming. It not only can be used in the Processing inspection of the 3D CNC plate bending machine, but also can be used in the quality inspection with other methods to process the hull plate.
