摘    要:汽车动力装置参数对汽车动力性和燃油经济性有很大影响,文章分析了影响车辆动力系统匹配的主要因素以及优化方法,利用GT-drive软件对一款微型车进行建模仿真,对其经济性与动力性进行分析,与该车实际试验数据对比,保证该模型的精确性,并利用DOE功能优化该车的各挡变速比和主减速比,以此达到在保证原车动力性的基础上提高经济性。通过分析比较优化前后的经济性和动力性参数,确定出一套最佳的传动系数,该优化结果为车辆的进一步改型设计提供了理论依据。

Matching and Optimization of the Vehicle Powertrain Based on GT-drive
Abstract:Vehicle power unit parameter has great infuence on automotive dynamic property and fuel economy. The paper describes the main factors and optimizing method which influences vehicle powertrain matching, using software GT-drive modeling and simulation of a mini-car is proceeded. And its fuel economy and dynamic property is analyzed. Compared with actual test data ensure this model's accuracy. Each gear ratio and final drive ratio is optimized by using DOE to improve fuel economy on the basis of ensuring the vehicles dynamic property. By analysis and comparison of the fuel economy and dynamic property parameters before and after optimization, a set of best transmission coefficient is confirmed. This optimized result can provide theoretic basis for vehicles modification design.
