机车车辆的可靠性验证测试研究

文章以机车为例对轨道交通车辆的可靠性验证测试技术进行了介绍,阐述了机车车辆常用可靠性特征量和可靠性验证试验要求。以某批次机车为例,说明了机车可靠性验证测试程序、评估方式、接收与拒收标准,提出了一种机车可靠性验证测试的方法,由此评估机车车辆可靠性指标是否满足要求。文章最后阐述了机车可靠性验证测试在机车车辆产品设计中的重要作用。

Study of reliability demonstration test of locomotive

Taking locomotive as an example,through the introduction of reliability demonstration,this paper describes the general eigenvalue of reliability as well as the requirements of reliability demonstration test(RDT) of rolling stocks.And as an example of a batch of locomotives,it introduces the procedure of RDT,assessment method,and the criteria of acceptance or rejection.Then a sort of method of RDT is put forward.Therefore the locomotive reliability target can be assessed.Finally,the important roles of RDT in locomotive design are presented.
