船舶液压舵机系统动态和稳态特性的分析

摘    要:准确模拟舵叶承受的负载是舵机试验系统的一项关键技术.将流体动力基本方程应用于船舶液压舵机系统的稳态和动态特性的研究.建立了系统在变频电机转速一定时的稳定工作方程,计算的稳态特性与实验结果吻合.建立系统的动态数学模型,推导出系统的传递函数.研究提高系统的响应速度的方法,以及系统抗外界干扰的刚度问题,为液压舵机系统准确设计提供了指导.

Abstract:It's a key technology to simulate the load of rudder with high accuracy in the laboratory. Steady and dynamic characteristics of marine hydraulic steering system are analyzed by using dynamic theoretic method. Steady working equations are built up when the speed of variable speed motor keeps constant. The calculation results are in conformity with the experiment data. Dynamic model is set up for the system, and transfer function is derived from it. The methods for improving the system response and the system stiffness against disturb, which comes from the outside, are studied. The results are useful guidance for design of hydraulic steering gear system.
