基于国际货代员培养的教学过程与工作过程对接的研究

为培养符合国际货代服务业一线需要的技术技能型国际货代人才,必须根据国际货代行业人才需求合理确定人才培养目标、优化课程设置、改革课程体系和教学内容,将教学过程与相关工作岗位的工作过程有效对接.教学过程与生产过程对接是当前高等职业院校教学改革的关键.教学过程并不完全等同于工作过程,它是把从实际工作任务中提炼升华出来的典型工作任务,通过模块项目化模式来进行教学.因此,不能单纯地认为教学过程即工作过程.
