| 摘 要： | 建设工程概预算能够有效地分析和控制工程造价,控制投资规模,提高投资效益。预算定额是工程建设中一项重要的技术经济文件,是编制施工图预算的主要依据,也是确定和控制工程造价的基础。文中结合平时工作中遇到过的案例,就公路工程投标报价如何准确地选用预算定额进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The construction project budget contributes to effectively analyze and control project cost, control the scale of investment, and plays an important role to improve investment efficiency.Fixed budget is an important tech- nical and economic project construction documents, the main basis for the preparation of the construction budget, but also to identify and control project cost basis. In this paper, the authors analyze road works tender offer and how ac- curate selection of the fixed budget combined with the practical cases. |
