| 摘 要： | 和谐的师生关系是增强高职学生对思想政治理论课教师及其所传授内容认可度的基础,也是提升高职院校思想政治教育实效性的重要保障。在构建高职院校思想政治教育和谐师生关系过程中,尊重学生是前提、理解学生是基础、帮助学生是关键。只要思想政治理论课教师积极转变教育观念,创新教学方式,不断密切师生之间平等和谐的人际关系,就能提升思想政治教育的吸引力和实效性,实现入心、立德和树人的目标。
