发动机配气机构刚柔耦合动力学特性研究

摘    要:基于三维实体模型,运用刚柔耦合理论,把摇臂视为柔性体,采用动态子结构法,建立了某顶置气门发动机配气机构凸轮轴-摇臂-气门系统三维刚柔耦合动力学模型,对其动态特性进行了仿真,得出气门的动力学响应、摇臂动态应力等变化规律.结果表明该发动机配气机构气门升程曲线连续光滑,凸轮与摇臂工作接触过程中无脱离现象发生.
