摘    要:分析了薄壁铜及铜合金高频焊接焊缝接头的错位及其产生的主要原因,研究了焊缝接头错位与焊接过程稳定性及焊缝强度的关系,提出了焊缝接头错位的预防和控制方法。

Abstract:Uneven-margins of thin wall copper and brass tube or pipe of high-frequency welding and its causes were investigated and analyzed. The connection of stability of the process welding, resistance-intensity of welding and the uneven-margin bugs was researched. The techniques of preventing the high frequency welding from the uneven-margin bugs were given.
