| 摘 要： | 通过对CG125系列摩托车发动机右曲轴箱体产品结构分析和用电脑软件演示该产品在压铸生产时的填充、收缩凝固过程,最终采用在厚大部位加镶块让缺陷转移和消除的方法,圆满地解决了该产品在压铸生产时为消除缩孔进行工艺调整时困难及产品加工后因缩孔造成的产品报废.

| Abstract: | Based on the structure analysis of the said crankcase and the demonstration of the process of filling (charging), shrinkage and solidification of the product when die-casting, the author of the paper proposes an effective method of shifting and eliminating defects, that is to add inserts on the thick and large positions, which is a flawless plan to easily eliminate shrinkage holes of the product and reduce rejects during the process of die-casting. |
