微波改性活性炭及其脱硫性能研究

摘    要:对微波改性后活性炭的表面物理结构、化学性质及其脱硫性能的变化进行了研究.SEM图谱表明微波改性后活性炭的表面更加粗糙和不平整,许多闭塞的孔隙打开并向内延伸;BET吸附实验表明微波处理后活性炭的比表面积和总孔容未发生明显的变化;元素分析结果显示改性后活性炭表面N元素含量和表面碱性基团数量增加而O元素含量减少.另外,脱硫实验结果显示改性后活性炭的脱硫性能明显增加,归因于表面化学性质的变化,与其物理结构关系不密切.

Abstract:The physical structure,chemical surface property and desulfurization capability of coal-based activated carbon(AC) modified by microwave have been investigated.SEM spectra indicated that after modification,the surface of AC became coarser and more rugged than virgin carbon,and many blocked pores were opened and extended inwards.BET liquid N_2 adsorption showed that microwave treatment resulted in insignificant changes in specific surface area and porous volume of AC.Surface functional groups measurement by standard chemical analytic methods and elemental composition measuring by EA revealed that after microwave modification,the amounts of surface basic functional groups and nitrogen element increased significantly while that of oxygen element decreased.In addition,desulfurization capacities of modified AC was much higher than that of original one which would primarily attribute to the changes of chemical surface property rather than that of physical structure.
