| 摘 要： | 在地铁牵引所内,由于钢轨电位限制装置拒动而框架保护(电压型)动作,导致直流1500V开关跳电。通过分析故障发生的原因,阐述地铁直流牵引供电系统中钢轨电位限制装置的工作原理及作用,研究其动作特性及与框架保护配合问题;针对轨电位限制装置拒动而导致框架保护动作的问题,提出保障牵引供电系统安全运行的建议,包括对重点元件定期全面测试校验、缺陷整改及定值设定变更等。

| Abstract: | A failure analysis of direct current switch trip in a metro's draught substation is introduced.Refusing action of rail potential limit equipment causes the breakdown of direct current switch frame protection.Thereupon the paper explains the principles and functions of rail potential limit equipment and the cooperation of its action with frame protection action;reasoned out the causation to this failure.Some suggestions are put forward for considering the characteristics of safety operation of draught power supplier system about the action of rail potential limit equipment and frame protection,such as all-sided checkout of important components,correcting defects and changing fixed values of elements etc. |
