基于载波移相SPWM的级联多电平逆变器输出特性研究

摘    要:级联多电平逆变器是最适合在高压大容量环境下应用的逆变器拓扑,论文首先讨论了基于该拓扑的载波移相SPWM(CPS-SPWM)技术,接着研究了直流侧电容不均压对基于CPS-SPWM的级联多电平逆变器输出特性的影响,最后通过仿真和实验对该逆变器的输出特性进行了分析,理论计算、仿真和实验结果相符,并得出了基于CPS-SPWM的级联多电平逆变器能大幅提升等效开关频率,对直流侧电容均压要求宽松的结论。

Abstract:Cascade multilevel inverter was the most suitable inverter topology for the environment in high voltage and large power capacity.In this paper,we discussed the carrier phase shifting sinusoidal pulse width modulation(CPS-SPWM) based on that topology at first.And then how the DC capacitor unbalancing effect the output of cascaded multilevel inverter based on CPS-SPWM have been researched.At last simulations and experimentations are applied to research the inverter's output characteristic.The results of the s...
