| 摘 要： | 通过对航空兵电子战飞机在造成目标信息损失的实际能力与航空兵战术运用上的分析，建立了其电子战作战能力指标体系，既符合电子战原理同时又体现了航空兵作战特点；通过运用云重心理论，将定性与定量相结合，建立了航空兵电子战作战能力评估模型，并给出了具体算例和步骤。

| Abstract: | Through the ability of causing targets loose information and tactics application,the index system of aviation electronic warfare operational combat capability evaluation is built.It accords with the EW theory,and embodies the features of aviation operation.By using cloud theory,the combat capability evaluation model of aviation electronic warfare is proposed,and the example and procedure are given. |
