| 摘 要： | 针对基层单位骨干所必备的专业素质,初步建立了综合评价的指标体系。由于评价体系指标较多,且很难用准确的数学语言来描述,因此应用模糊AHP评价模型对模糊指标进行评价,然后,运用所建立的综合评价模型对备选基层单位骨干的专业素质进行了综合评价,初步解决了基层单位骨干的优选问题。该评价方法简单易行,容易在计算机上实现。
