| 摘 要： | 文章通过对影响防空兵指挥信息系统作战效能因素的分析,对其建立了指标体系,利用层次分析法和模糊评价法相结合的方法,克服了确定影响防空兵指挥信息系统效能的各因素的权重和准确定量评价这些因素所面临的困难,对防空兵指挥信息系统的研发和完善具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the factors which impact the air defense command and information system(ADFC&IS) operational effectional effectiveness,the paper establishes the index system.Using the ways of the combination of AHP and Fuzzy evaluation,the authors overcome the difficulties impacted the weight and accurate quantitative evaluation of factors of ADFC&IS.It has a certain reference value on research and development and modification of ADFC&IS. |
