| 摘 要： | 陶瓷材料的应用，对减轻车辆自身质量、提高发动机热效率、降低油耗、减少排气污染、提高易损件寿命、完善汽车智能性功能等都有积极意义。介绍了几种常用特种陶瓷的主要性能及其在汽车发动机、柴油机微粒过滤器、催化转化器、制动器、减振装置、轴承、传感器等方面的应用。简要分析了目前特种陶瓷在汽车上应用并不广泛的主要原因。

| Abstract: | The ceramic material used in the automotives can contribute to reduce the dead weight of vehicle, improve engine hot efficiency,reduce oil consumption,reduce emission,increase the life of quick-wear parts and perfect the intelligent function of automobiles.The paper introduces main performances of several common-used special ceramics and their applications in automotive engines,diesel engine particle fiher,catalytic converter,brake, damper, bearing,sensor,etc. The obstacles to automotive application of ceramics are discussed in brief. |
