| 摘 要： | 利用电沉积方法制取了镍/聚四氟乙烯复合膜，研究了电流密度、温度、表面活性剂、预镀等因素对复合镀膜的影响，从而得取了最佳工艺条件，结果表明镀膜质量良好，耐磨性大大提高。

| Abstract: | A nickel-Fluoropolymer composite was produced by a electroplating technique using a Watts nickel bath containing PTFE in suspension. The effects of the current density, the temperature, the surfactant and pre-electroplating on the deposit were investigated. A preferred bath and optimum operating conditions were established. It was found that the deposit thus obtained showed good properties in many aspects, especially in wear-resistance. |
