| 摘 要： | 以智能交通系统(ITS)技术应用为背景,针对突发事件,如交通堵塞、车辆故障、交通事故、重大活动等,在一般调度的基础上,进行公交车辆的动态调度研究.由此建立突发事件智能公交系统,该系统包括突发事件检测、突发事件决策和突发事件服务等.

| Abstract: | The emergencies such as traffic jam,traffic accident and incident can lead to traffic system paralysis.The schedules of the bus dynamic dispatching for emergency were studied based on ITS technology.The schedules of the bus dispatching were modified,and the intelligent system for bus dynamic dispatching was built including the emergencies test certificate,the schemes of handle emergencies,the emergency service and so on. |
