摘    要:为解决运送900t级整孔箱梁通过隧道和紧邻隧道口或隧道内架梁的难题,开展了SLJ900/32型流动式架桥机的研制工作。该机不需导梁机、也不需要任何锚碇即可自行过孔架梁,提出了一种全新的架梁作业模式。介绍了架桥机的结构、作业程序和关键技术,对国产大吨位桥梁运架设备的研发具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:Aiming at solving the problems of the transportation of whole 900 t box girders through a tunnel and the erection of the box girder near the portal of a tunnel or even within the tunnel,the development of Type-SLJ900/32 mobile bridge erector is started. With this erector,the box girder may launch itself over the span to the next pier and erect itself without the need of the guide beam or anchorages, which symbolizes a completely new mode of girder-erecting operation. The components of the bridge erector, the operational procedures of the girder erection and the key techniques used for it are introduced in the paper, which is of important referential value for the development of the large-tonnage bridge-transporting and bridge-erecting equipments at home.
