重载铁路大跨度钢桁梁膺架法拼装施工支架的设计与验算

摘    要:结合30t轴重重载铁路大跨度钢桁梁施工,根据现场情况,确定1—128m钢桁梁采用膺架法,使用龙门吊机原位拼装、就地落梁架设的施工工艺。为此对临时支墩拼装支架的设计进行了认真研究,设计出结构合理、简单、受力明确的临时支墩拼装支架,经检算符合要求。确保了钢桁梁拼装施工顺利完成,并可为今后类似工程施工提供参考。

Abstract:With the construction of the large-span steel truss for the 30t-axial-weight heavy-duty railway taken into considera- tion, and according to the specific site conditions,the centering method is adopted for the assembling construction of the 1-128m steel truss, with the portal jib crane used for the assembly-in-place and the girder-lowering-in-place. In this case, the design of the assembling support for the temporary supporting pier is seriously studied, upon the basis of which a structurally-rational, simple, and clearly-forced assembling support for the temporary supporting pier is designed and checked. It is found up to the requirement and ensures the smooth completion of the assembling construction of the steel truss. The project may serve as a useful reference for other similar projects in the future.
