论高职教育对我国城镇化建设的促进作用

文中针对我国职业教育的发展在推进我国城镇化建设以及缩小城乡收入差距过程中所起的作用进行了简要分析。但是,通过高等职业教育为我国经济现代化建设输送专业型人才的过程中可能会出现社会对职业教育普遍定位不明确、学生培养技能与岗位要求不匹配、输送人才渠道不通畅等问题,本文简要分析了这些问题并提出了几点相关建议,通过提高宣传力度、政府制定相关政策以及加强校企合作等手段提高高职学生的技能,为加快转移农村剩余劳动力实现大范围的城镇化提供强劲动力。

The Role of Higher Vocational Education in Boosting Urbanization in China

This paper believes that the higher vocational education has played a driving role in boosting urbanizationand narrowing the gap between urban and rural income. however, many problems arise such as the social failed to seta clear orientation of higher vocational education, the students＇ skills can＇t match the job requirements, the channel ofdelivering qualified personnel is poor and so on. This paper analyses the problems and puts forward some suggestionsthat increasing the publicity, making policies by governments, enhancing university-enterprise cooperation toimprove students＇ ability so as to provide strong driving force for transferring surplus labor forces in rural area and realizeextensive urbanization in China.
