摘    要:以郑西高速铁路荥阳南站新增平行渡线工程中插铺1/41道岔为例,介绍了插铺大号码道岔施工关键技术。主要有:采用专用多吊点柔性吊具,进行道岔组件的装卸与组装;利用平行进路,优化纵移方案设计,布置特制滑车,采用拖拉顶推方法,实现了道岔纵移作业;采用专用道岔换铺机组,合理配置,保证了快速起落道岔及横移,确保道岔准确就位;采用无孔联结装置,实现了既有钢轨及1/41大号码道岔的无破损快速连接。上述措施的采用节约了工程施工时间,保证了线路按时开通。

Abstract:With the construction of the newly-added parallel transitional line project with the 1/41 switch inserted at the Xingyangnan Station of the existing Zhengzhou-Xi'an High-speed Railway as a practical example, introduced in the paper are the key techniques for the insertion of large-size switches, which mainly includes the adoption of special multi-lifting-point flexible lifting devices; the loading-and-unloading and assembly of switch components;making use of the parallel accesses,optimizing the design of the longitudinally-moving plan, providing special pulleys and realizing the longitudinally-moving operation of the switch by means of the pulling and jacking methods; using the special switch-changing-laying sets, through rationally matching them, to ensure the rapid lifting and lowering and the lateral movement of the switch, and ensure the precisely positioning of the switch; using the non-hole connectives to realize the rapid non-damaging connection of the 1/41 switches with the existing rails,with some of the construction time saved and the opening deadline of the railway line met as required.
