| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the basic problems of the construction of the talent training mode in art programs athigher vocational colleges, and further discusses the issue from seven aspects： the talent cultivation plan , the theoryteaching system, the practical teaching system, the teacher team of school-enterprise construction, the talent evaluationsystem, the teaching quality evaluation system, the cooperation between colleges and enterprises school-enterpriseconstruction. |
