汽车动力总成弯曲振动固有特性的有限元计算及结构修改灵敏度分析

摘    要:本文采用有限元方法建立了一种轻型客车动力总成弯曲振动分析模型,计算分析了其弯曲振动固有频率和固有振型,并进行了动力总成弯曲振动固有频率对离合器壳厚度等结构参数的灵敏度分析,为结构修改设计提供依据,对该动力总成的主要低频弯曲振动模态的计算结果得到实验模态分析结果的验证。

Abstract:In this paper, a FE model of bending vibration analysis tor a mini -bus powerplant is set up. Its natural frequencies and mode shapes of bending vibration are calculated, and the natural frequency sensitivity with respect to stractural parameters like clutch housing thickness is analysed. These have provided the basis for structural modification. The calculated lower-frequency bending vibration modes of the powerplant are consistent with experimental modal analysis results.
