浅谈Superpave沥青混合料配合比设计的应用

Superpave是美国公路战略研究项目开发的一套全新沥青混合料设计方法。在国内不断得到推广,该设计方法采用了旋转压实成型试件,较好地模拟了路面施工现场沥青混合料的受力情况,体现了现行交通荷载的特点。提出了一套全新的评价沥青胶结料技术性能的方法、标准和混合料体积设计法。在提高路面抗车辙性能方面有显著的效果。本文依据Superpave沥青混合料设计实例对其进行初浅探讨,以期对于沥青路面配合比设计起到积极的借鉴作用。

Discussion Superpave Asphalt Mixture Ratio Design

Superpave is the United States highway strategic research project to develop a set of new design method for asphalt mixture.In the country has been promoted,the design method of adopting the rotating compaction molding,can better simulate the asphalt mixture pavement construction site stress situation,reflects the current traffic load characteristics.This paper brings forward a new evaluation method of technical performance of asphalt binder,standard and mixture volume design method.To improve pavement performance has a significant effect.On the basis of Superpave asphalt mixture design example to carry on the discussion,with period for the asphalt pavement design play a positive role.
