对碎石化改造旧水泥混凝土路面的探讨

水泥混凝土路面碎石化改造技术是指在旧水泥混凝土路面改造过程中,利用专用破碎设备将旧水泥混凝土路面打碎、压稳后直接加铺沥青混凝土面层的施工方法。该方法不仅可以彻底解决加铺层的反射裂缝问题,而且具有经济、实用和高效的特点。以江苏省无锡市锡玉路改造工程为研究背景,利用原破碎后的混凝土路面作为改造后的底基层,对碎石化技术的基本原理、设备、施工工艺等介绍和探讨。

Thinking for Urban road design

Cement concrete pavement rubblization technology is useing the special equipment to brake the old concrete pavement,It is a new concrete construction method Asphalting the concrete surface layer after the Compaction.This method can not only solve the reflective cracking overlay problem,but also has economic,practical and efficient characteristics[1].In this paper,Wuxi,Jiangsu Province,xiyu Road Improvement Project for the study of the background,using the original as broken concrete pavement reconstruction for the sub-base.On the basic principles of stone technology,equipment,construction technology presented and discussed briefly,for the majority of my colleagues in the cement concrete pavement reconstruction decision-making and implementation of reference.
