摘    要:常规的干线机车转向架不适应小学生曲线上的调车作业,随着机车轴重的增加,这一问题将更加突出,文中介绍了山区型内燃机车及重型工矿车及重型工矿机车的转向加的技术特点主试验结果,对重载调车机车转向架进行了动力学分析计算,并对其改进措施进行了研究,理论及试验结果均表明,通过采用滚子摩擦旁承改进措施,可改善机车曲线通过性能,因此,在发展重载高车机车时,应充分借鉴DF7D及GKD4型机车转向架的经验,通过理论分

Abstract:Normal bogies of trunk locomotives are not fitted to the switching services on the curve line with small radii. With the increasing of the axle load, this case is getting worse. The technical characteristics and the test results on the bogies of the diesel locomotives used on mountainous areas and heavy mineral fields are introduced in this paper. A dynamics analysis for a heavy switching locomotive is provided, with improving measures for the locomotive are investigated. The theoretical calculation and the field tests show that it is profitable for the curving behavior to adopt roller friction side bearers, meanwhile, some succeeded experiences of bogies should be used to develop the heavy switching locomotive.
