板式无砟轨道轨道板与砂浆层离缝快速维修技术研究

摘    要:板式无砟轨道轨道板与砂浆层离缝造成轨道结构应力集中,影响无砟轨道结构平顺性和耐久性。本文针对我国板式无砟轨道轨道板与砂浆层出现的离缝问题,结合国外高速铁路维修经验,提出了适合于我国客运专线运营的快速维修工艺,并对设备和材料进行了可行性分析,确定了异丁烯树脂低压注浆方案。结合已运营的客运专线出现部分轨道板与砂浆层的离缝问题,采用异丁烯树脂注浆加固填充后,轨检数据良好,经过两年运营,表明这套离缝快速维修技术行之有效。

Abstract:Stress concentration was caused by the crack between the track plate and mortar of ballastless track plate,by which comfort and durability of ballastless track were affected.In order to solve the crack problem between the track plate and mortar of ballastless track plate,this paper proposed the suitable maintenance process for our passenger dedicated line operations,analyzed the feasibility for equipment and materials and identified the isobutylene resin low pressure grouting program according to foreign experience.Combined with the crack problem of passenger dedicated line,isobutylene resin material was used to grout for reinforcement,which described the technology about repairing the crack.After grouting,track inspection data was excellent and no further damage of the crack was happened during two years,which showed that this rapid repairing technology was effective.
