复合防冻剂对双掺混凝土性能的影响研究

摘    要:在冬季施工中,为了提高混凝土的抗冻能力,在拌制混凝土的过程中要掺入混凝土复合防冻剂。粉煤灰、矿渣作为矿物掺合料,在拌制混凝土的过程中可以替代部分水泥使用,从而提高硬化混凝土的后期强度,但是会导致混凝土早期强度有所降低,进而导致混凝土的早期抗冻性能降低。试验表明,复合防冻剂能提高粉煤灰、矿渣双掺混凝土的和易性,并使硬化混凝土的结构均匀性得到改善,早期强度和后期强度均得到提高。

Abstract:Compound antifreeze is mixed into concrete in winter construction for improving the frost resistance of concrete. The fly ash and slag could be substituted for some cement as mineral additive, which can improve the late strength of hardened concrete, but reduce the early strength of concrete and the early frost resistance of concrete. The test indicates that the compound antifreeze can advance the workability of fly ash and slag double-admixing concrete, improve the structural uniformity of hardened concrete, and heighten the early strength and late strength of concrete.
