公路钢桁梁桥拖拉施工中临时支墩钢管桩力学特性分析

摘    要:某高速公路扩建工程中两座大桥的钢桁梁都采用拖拉施工法进行架设。工程具有跨度大、自重大、桥面宽的特点,施工难度较大。其中河道中的临时支墩的荷载与环境条件较为复杂,其安全性备受关注。通过建立临时支墩整体的三维有限元计算模型,对临时墩特别是其钢管桩基础在荷载作用下的响应进行了分析。根据分析结果进一步做了优化研究,研究成果可供类似工程借鉴。

Abstract:There are two bridges which were constructed with drag erection method in an expressway widening project. The span, weight and width of these bridges are record-breaking among drag erected bridges in China. Because of the complexity of load and environment, the safety problem of steel pipe piles of temporary pillars constructed in riverway was given great attention. A 3-D finite element model was applied to analyze the mechanical character of the pillar and the pile foundation. Optimization study based on the analysis is introduced in the paper too. The research results can provide a reference for similar project.
