摘    要:胶州湾湾口海底隧道青岛端接线工程云南路主线隧道穿越青岛老城区,地表建筑密布,地下管线纵横交错,且管线抗震性能差。因此在隧道掘进过程中,如何将爆破振动对老旧建筑影响降至最低,满足设计及规范要求的2 cm/s的振动速度,是整个工程成败的关键。在施工过程中,根据不同的埋深、地质情况进行钻爆设计,成功地将振动控制在设计规定范围内。

Abstract:Yunnan Road main line Tunnel of Qingdao Connecting Project in Jiaozhou Bay mouth submarine tunnel is the first urban underground traffic engineering using large-scale drilling and blasting method in our country. This tunnel goes through the old city, the surface architecture of which is crowded, of old style and was built in 1 970 s and 1 980 s. Also, the old city's underground pipes are crossing, of nearly 100-year history, and weak anti-vibration abilities. Therefore, in the process of tunnel boring, how to minimize the affection of blasting vibration on the old buildings, meet the design and standard requirements of 2cm/s vibration speed, and avoid panic and anxiety among local residents is the key to the success of the whole project. In the construction, our company, in light of different buried depths and geological conditions, designed the drilling and blasting, and successfully controlled the vibration within the design provisions.
