| 摘 要： | 介绍了ED-5电泳漆的技术特点,并与ED-4电泳漆的技术特点进行了比较。通过大量的混槽试验,选择了在技术上可行、经济上合理的直接置换方法。在近1年的补加新鲜的ED-5电泳漆过程中,对电泳槽工艺参数及漆膜性能指标进行了跟踪和检测分析,并对ED-5取代ED-4后产生的经济效果进行了总结。

| Abstract: | The technological characteristics of ED-5 electrophoretic paint are introduced in comparison with those of ED-4 electrophoretic paint.A reasonable direct replacement method is selected through mass of bath mixing experiments.In the course of adding fresh ED-5 electrophoretic paint within almost one year time,the electrophoretic bath process parameters and film performance index were traced and analyzed.The economic benefit achieved during the time of substituting ED-5 for ED-4 was summarized. |
