基于DHGF算法的鱼雷电动力系统保障性评价

摘    要:针对鱼雷电动力系统保障性评价问题,根据其保障性内涵,运用由Delphi法、层次分析法、灰色关联法、模糊评判法集合而成的DHGF算法,建立了某型鱼雷武器电动力系统的保障性评价模型,给出了研制阶段鱼雷电动力系统保障性定性与定量相结合的评估方法,克服了以往定性评价方法的模糊性和不确定性,能更准确地为鱼雷武器的保障性设计提供依据。并以某型鱼雷电动力系统为例,对其保障性进行了评价。计算结果说明该方法可有效的用于鱼雷电动力系统的保障性评价。

Abstract:Based on the problem of the supportability assessment of the torpedo electro-dynamic system, and according to the conception of the supportability of it, the evaluation model of the supportable system of torpedo electro-dynamic sys- tem is created by DHGF (meta-synthesis of improved Delphi, analytic hierarchy process, grey interconnect degree, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluating). So the evaluation method at the project definition phase of a new torpedo that combines the merit of the qualitative method and the measurable method is gave, it conquered faintness and incertitude of the former evaluation method, and could give the gist for the supportability design effectively. Last take the example of some torpedo electro-dynamic system, calculation results showed that this method can be effectively put into use in supportability assessment study of the torpedo electro-dynamic system.
