摘    要:对浮式生产储卸油装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading,FPSO)立管平台支撑焊接裂纹产生的原因进行分析:是由预热不足、装配时产生的拘束应力及焊后没有消氢处理所致。针对现场实际情况,从缺陷清除、焊材选择、预热、焊接中断、焊后消氢处理等方面阐述修复措施,成功地对裂纹进行修复,对同类型的船体结构焊接裂纹修复有指导意义。

Abstract:The reasons of welding crack on the riser platform support of Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) are analyzed: it is because of the insufficient preheating, restraint stress during assembly, and no post-welding dehydrogenation treatment. In view of the actual situation on the worksite, the repair measures are expounded in the defect removal, welding material selection, preheating, welding interruption, post-welding dehydrogenation treatment, etc., and the cracks are successfully repaired, which is of guiding significance for the repair of welding crack on the same type of hull structure.
