| 摘 要： | 介绍船舶废气脱硫系统技术,对开式废气脱硫系统进行实船加装设计,分析设计要点和难点,并为满足系统功能要求提出设计注意事项及应对措施。通过在实船运营中的测试反馈,该系统完全可满足国际海事组织(IMO)规定的排放核准值,为今后船舶开式脱硫装置的加装设计提供可靠依据。

| Abstract: | The technology of ship flue gas desulphurization system is introduced, and the real ship retrofitting design of open flue gas desulphurization system is made. The main points and difficult points in the design are analyzed, and the notices and countermeasures in the design are proposed to meet the system function requirements. Through the test feedback in the real ship operation, the system can completely meet the approved emission value stipulated by the IMO, which provides the reliable basis for the retrofitting design of ship open desulfurization unit in the future. |
