| 摘 要： | 对直流牵引供电系统中钢轨电位限制装置在安全方面所起的作用及与框架保护配合关系进行了分析,对目前框架保护存在的问题进行了探讨.并提出了钢轨电位限制装置主要参数的选取依据.建设在采用晶闸管接触器型钢轨电位限制装置后,框架保护中取消电压元件.

| Abstract: | With an analysis of the influence of rail over - voltage protection device on safety and the coordination with frame protection i n DC traction power supply system,this paper discusses problems existed in the p resent frame protection,the basis for the selection of the main parameter in rai l over-voltage protection device,argues that the voltage components shall be a bolished when a new protection device is adopted. |
