摘    要:根据RINA船级社规范中关于舱口盖强度的要求,对某54500DWT多用途船的货舱舱口盖进行了强度校核.使用大型通用有限元软件MSC/Patran建立舱口盖结构有限元模型,计算迎浪和横浪状态下的集装箱惯性载荷以及风雨载荷,得到在这些载荷作用下的舱口盖应力分布情况,并利用CCS_tools工具对屈曲强度进行校核.最后提出了结构改进方案,讨论惯性载荷对舱口盖强度的影响。

Abstract:According to the RINA rules for hatch cover,the strength of a 11500DWT multi-purpose ship's hatch cover is checked.First,the FE model is built by MSC/Patran,the inertial load of containers and wave pressure are calculated based on upright condition and inclined condition.Finite element analysis is carried out to obtain the result of stress distribution,and buckling strength is checked by CCS_tools.Finally,the reinforcement is proposed and the inertial load's effect on strength of hatch cover is discussed.
